Overnight Oats

Pimp up your porridge with a leftover apple. Serves one.

Ingredients

  • 35g porridge oats
  • 35g yoghurt
  • 35g milk
  • 1 apple, diced
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method

Mix everything together and pop into the fridge overnight.

Eat in the morning, with a sprinkle of honey if liked.
